Conor Mcgregor From buff to skeleton HOW!? EXPLAINED!


Many of you... Well... All of you know who the Notorious Conor Mcgregor is.
Conor is the dude who brings verbal war to the table and backs it up to the last bit when it comes to the physical part of the war.

Fast switching between fighting styles, unpredictable and a left punch killer.
Conor is an Ass-hole most of the time, but he is loved more than any other UFC fighter.
He is one of the, if not the most paid fighter of the UFC to this day. He is also the man who took down Jose Aldo in just a bit under 14 seconds.



If that does not speak for his skill, nothing does.


But he is also known for the abnormal body transformation where he went from a normal dude to skeleton form, and after that to a buff form.

How did he succeed loosing so much weight and not going a division below, but achieving to be underweight. Well he had help from some top-notch people who made his diet perfect, which further allowed him to loose a lot of weight quick.

His diet was hard, and super strict. He had to eat by the minute, which means that he could not be late or early for a meal.
There were no OK, cut out all the carbs and stick to protein and fruits and veggies, no this was war.


So for example if conor should eat some proteins at 12pm, thats it. He cant eat it at 12:10 nor 11:55. No, it was 12pm and thats it.

There is an article where the former UFC fighter, coach and nutritionist John Kavanagh, " It was precise and no mistakes were made, so it was like at 11:15 am you will eat 4 almonds... and at 11:15 he ate almonds"

Conors lovely girlfriend has been there for him through it all, and she was his personal assistant and cook, she was incredible and she prepared meals for Conor to the level of pure perfection.



Conor had a constant flow of energy because of the massive amounts of carbs he was consuming so he could train like a beast without any trouble.


The notorious took the situation quite serious and has never fallen off the discipline train that he was on. So the weight cutting was not that much of a problem for him even though he is a big boy for a featherweight.


Conor followed the training and the diet of Lockhart and he came in not 145 pounds but 144.8 which was a shock.
So to sum it all up. If you want to loose weight like Conor Mcgregor, find a good diet plan that will suit you and your body the best, and be disciplined at all times. Find someone who will motivate you and keep track of your progress and keep you on track at the same time, someone like a Girfriend/Boyfriend, best friend or a personal coach if you have money.

Follow those rules, get your body used to it. AND EAT HEALTHY... NEVER EAT FAST FOOD ( Unless its chicken breast )NEVER EAT ANYTHING THAT IS SUPER CALORIC.

1. Hidden central muscles.. ACTIVATE!




Target your hidden central muscles! 
Crunches affect only the outer muscles and therefore are not the best way to consolidate your stomach. According to a research at the University of Virginia, you should do about 250,000 crunches to burn a pound of fat. That would mean 100 sit-ups every day, for seven years. Which is to easy huh? :)
The key is to focus on the muscles that are beneath the skin, your transverse abdominal muscles. By strengthening these parts of your body, you will pull your stomach up, like a corset, so the area around the waist looks flat and tight. To do this, you will need to: lie on your back and place your palms slightly below your navel. Exhale and let your stomach spread as much as it can. Then we focus on pushing your belly button toward the spine so that you retract your stomach toward the floor. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat this 8 to 10 times.


2. Food


Eat foods that will help you get a flat stomach.
In order to expose your abdominal muscles, you will need to loose some fat, wow... Aint that obvious.
But the question is HOW to loose stomach fat, how to shred those pounds away..
Simple.. Increase protein intake: If you replace carbohydrates with some white meat, fish, dairy products or nuts, the amount of fat around your waist will be reduced... A LOT ...

Scientists at McMaster University in Canada studied the dietary habits of over 600 people and found that those who replaced carbohydrates with the same amount of protein, have reduced the amount of fat around the waist by an astronomical amount. 
But the thing which is even more important than the above mentioned is to cut down, or even completely eliminate  sugar intake.
Take into consideration, that MOST processed food, beverages, biscuits, morning cereals, fruit drinks or even yogurt have large amounts of sugar in them.
When you round it up... It is about 325 unnecessary calories a day.
To make it even worse all that sugar increases insulin production, which slows down your metabolism.  


3. Cardio! CARDIO AND CARDIOOOO!

A lot of cardio is needed to make some bad-ass progress. You can cut down sugar, sweet and everything nice, but it wont make you into a power puff girl. No, all the sugar restriction will make your body healthier and you will loose weight, but you will not get an amazing stomach nor butt.

Cardio is key to a healthy weightloss and to some fast weight loss.
You do not need to do anything extreme, no, you can simply start off by having a nice walk every day for a week, than take it to the next level, and have a normal walk, the same as you have done prior to the new level, but take a short jog at the end of the day ( the time your catabolic and anabolic steroids meet ).

When the second week is over, you need to wake up early in the morning, go for a run, a good one.. say a minimum of 3 KM in total, and another run at the end of the day for at least 2 km.
Remember, I am not making you do this for me, because i have no reason to. I am trying to help you so you can achieve your dreams of having a perfectly healthy body which will get sexy as hell. ( You must admit that the picture i found is quite awesome :D )


 

4. Do amazing exercises for your abbs.

Here I will state 2 most important abb exercises you will NEED to do to loose that belly fat.
  • Planks
    Planks are done so you stimulate your abdominal muscles to eat of the fat and get stronger. In case you do not know what a plank is, I will explain it to you in great detail.
    A Plank workout consists of three different positions - exercises you must do. I recommend that you do 2 of each for better results. First go at least one minute, and the second go 40 seconds.
    You have FRONT planks and SIDE planks ( One on the right side, and the other on the other side ), which sums up to three positions.

  • Situps
    Situps are ... oh come on... Everybody knows what situps are. Do two repetitions of 30 each.
    And try not moving your legs while doing it
















5. Drink a lot of water.
Your body is made mostly out of water, so dont dehydrate it if you dont have to ( and you dont have to because its just stupid to do so. )

Drink at least 2 l of water daily.
TIP: Drink a mildly hot glass of water right after you wake up and eat one banana...( Your welcome )

6.  Fasten your rectum... Squeeze it whenever you remember you could. When your home, at work, walking, talking, lying down, laughing, crying... What ever you are doing.. When you remember you could Squeeze your but and buttocks, DO IT!
Remember that your belly and your but are connected.. So its just normal to activate them when ever you can in order for them to work constantly.

We will be naming the exercises by what they will give you.

Perfect sexy legs - Make with your body a position that is mimicking a sit down position, and wrap your right leg back slightly , and with your right hand, grab the foot and slowly lower yourself down. The exercise is repeated 15 times in 3 sets. This exercise activates ALL muscles of the legs.

Amazon arms - Lie on your back so that your feet touch the floor, it is important that you do this exercise on a hard bed, not on the floor. Take the weight in your right hand, and place your left arm next to you, then do 10 to 15 reps with your right arm and then transfer the weight to the left arm and repeat.

Solid buttocks - Rely with your palm on the table and then bend one leg at the knee and lift it back. It is important that the spine is straight. Repeated 10 to 15 times. Then change legs and repeat the process.


The body as a string - Straighten your back and lean back on the table and lift the knee to the chest. From this position lower the knee to the substrate to 90 degrees. Repeat 15 times and then change legs.



Repeat each of these exercises as much as you can daily.
Do not be too hard. Be aware that for the formation of muscle takes time. If you think that you are able to repeat the exercise several times, go for it, if not let time work for you.

EAT EVERYTHING AND STILL LOOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT!

If you are one of those ladies that just enjoys food, and loves eating almost everything, but you also want to loose weight and be SEXY, Than our Raw chrono diet is the thing for you!
Many professionals will tell you that calories are the reason you are gaining weight or even FAT, well with this diet, you will not only eat everything you want and like, but will not pay attention to the calorie intake. Yes, that is true.
The secret behind it, is teaching your body to digest everything properly, which means you will need to eat every day at the same time, every day the same number of meals, and you will need to do great combination when it comes to food times. As in we will teach you what food goes with what other food.


The time span between two meals mustent be below 4 and above 6. We would suggest that  the time between two meals stays at ta constant 5 hour span.
If you follow that rule, the results will be more than amazing! Trust me ladies ;)


For breakfast you can literaly eat anything, how is that possible? Well lets imagine your day as a building.. The breakfast will be the foundation to it, so you can eat all the proteins, carbs, fats.. etc.
The only two foods that we do not suggest are corn and weat.


You can eat cured meat, and even cracklings – greaves  and bacon, but most definitely make sure that ALL of those are not processed, because you cant afford to intoxicate your body with carbon dioxide or any other additives.

For lunch you will have to eat something with more protein. Such as beef, pork, veal or lamb, but no carbohydrates or bread. If you eat carbohydrates with them then eat RAW vegetables. You should also eat fresh vegetables as a form of a salads.


For dinner you will have to eat something that is filled with light protein. Im talking stuff like white meat or fish. Make sure that you chew it as good as possible for your body to get the best out of the eaten food. Once you get out of the WEIGHT LOSS stage, Eat it with a salad and with cheese.
For now you can eat unions with it and a slice of LIME or MELON.

Sweets, and even fruits are eaten only in the afternoon or once or twice a weak in the morning but in smaller amounts, but for the beginning you should stick with the afternoon only type, between lunch and dinner. The best choice is dark chocolate with at least 70 - 75 percent cocoa and dried fruits like plums.


This method will loose you ~10 LBS a month with NO exercises.
