Start of by making a wake up point and a good night sleepy head point. By these i mean ofc choose a time when you are willing to wake up, and choose a time when you'll be going to bed.

Than start making time points for your breakfast lunch dinner and a few meals in between.
Follow those rules, get your body used to it. AND EAT HEALTHY... NEVER EAT FAST FOOD ( Unless its chicken breast )NEVER EAT ANYTHING THAT IS SUPER CALORIC.
And remember.. Attitude builds confidence, confidence builds belief in oneself, that belief brings you to discipline.
