By strengthening these parts of your body, you will pull your stomach up, like a corset, so the area around the waist looks flat and tight. To do this, you will need to: lie on your back and place your palms slightly below your navel. Exhale and let your stomach spread as much as it can. Then we focus on pushing your belly button toward the spine so that you retract your stomach toward the floor. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat this 8 to 10 times.

Eat foods that will help you get a flat stomach.
In order to expose your abdominal muscles, you will need to loose some fat, wow... Aint that obvious.
But the question is HOW to loose stomach fat, how to shred those pounds away..
Simple.. Increase protein intake: If you replace carbohydrates with some white meat, fish, dairy products or nuts, the amount of fat around your waist will be reduced... A LOT ...
Scientists at McMaster University in Canada studied the dietary habits of over 600 people and found that those who replaced carbohydrates with the same amount of protein, have reduced the amount of fat around the waist by an astronomical amount.
But the thing which is even more important than the above mentioned is to cut down, or even completely eliminate sugar intake.
Take into consideration, that MOST processed food, beverages, biscuits, morning cereals, fruit drinks or even yogurt have large amounts of sugar in them.
When you round it up... It is about 325 unnecessary calories a day.
To make it even worse all that sugar increases insulin production, which slows down your metabolism.
3. Cardio! CARDIO AND CARDIOOOO!
A lot of cardio is needed to make some bad-ass progress. You can cut down sugar, sweet and everything nice, but it wont make you into a power puff girl. No, all the sugar restriction will make your body healthier and you will loose weight, but you will not get an amazing stomach nor butt.

Cardio is key to a healthy weightloss and to some fast weight loss.
You do not need to do anything extreme, no, you can simply start off by having a nice walk every day for a week, than take it to the next level, and have a normal walk, the same as you have done prior to the new level, but take a short jog at the end of the day ( the time your catabolic and anabolic steroids meet ).
When the second week is over, you need to wake up early in the morning, go for a run, a good one.. say a minimum of 3 KM in total, and another run at the end of the day for at least 2 km.
Remember, I am not making you do this for me, because i have no reason to. I am trying to help you so you can achieve your dreams of having a perfectly healthy body which will get sexy as hell. ( You must admit that the picture i found is quite awesome :D )
4. Do amazing exercises for your abbs.

Your body is made mostly out of water, so dont dehydrate it if you dont have to ( and you dont have to because its just stupid to do so. )
Drink at least 2 l of water daily.

6. Fasten your rectum... Squeeze it whenever you remember you could. When your home, at work, walking, talking, lying down, laughing, crying... What ever you are doing.. When you remember you could Squeeze your but and buttocks, DO IT!

- Planks
Planks are done so you stimulate your abdominal muscles to eat of the fat and get stronger. In case you do not know what a plank is, I will explain it to you in great detail.
A Plank workout consists of three different positions - exercises you must do. I recommend that you do 2 of each for better results. First go at least one minute, and the second go 40 seconds.
You have FRONT planks and SIDE planks ( One on the right side, and the other on the other side ), which sums up to three positions. - Situps
Situps are ... oh come on... Everybody knows what situps are. Do two repetitions of 30 each.
And try not moving your legs while doing it
