How to loose a lot of weight and get shredded abs - FOR TEENAGERS! (Get abs in 20 days)

recently most of our followers have been teenagers, all the grown ups, or the kids above 20 years, have already been helped. Most of our articles are revolving around people who are not in their teens.
Well today we have gotten a message from  a kid who says that no matter how much he works out he can not get shredded abs, and to top it all of he is not overweight. just a few kilos above what he should have.
But this technique will help just about anybody who wants freshly shredded abs and in only 20 days.





Lets start.
You as a teenager have an advantage when it comes to working out, AKA you do not want to fail, you do not want to give up. And you do not just go past or around the obstacles, no you actually, destroy all the obstacles.
When there is challenge involved in your progress you as a teen can not just say oh my god this is hard, no teens keep on pushing and that struggle is what makes them go for it and succeed at what ever they TRULY DESIRE.
Remember that, that which you truly desire, will be achieved sooner or later, but that which others find cool, and thus you want it, that will just fade sooner than you think.



Ok lets get serious. How many of you have seen that one episode of south park where some sense tells cartman and the others that they lack discipline? Well that is somehow true and you should relate to that.
To achieve what you want, in this case to lose some weight and get shredded abs, you will need to have discipline.
So lets say  that discipline is the #1 thing you must get.

So the number to thing is, food.
Yes you will need to have a proper diet, as in you can not eat when ever you want nor what ever you want. Because lets face it. Most of the teens nowadays just sit home, play video games such as WoW, LOL, Dota 2 and CS Go, drink a lot of sodas, coca cola or Pepsi, eat snacks, and munch down on some pizza while doing all of that. Those people are obese, and have gotten a free ticket to diabetes land.
So you can not eat anything which is unhealthy or your body. So eat a lot of fruits, veggies, and stuff that is filled with healthy stuff like vitamins or minerals, proteins etc.

Number 3. would be CARDIO or  HIGH INTENSITY.
Choose which ever you want just stick to it for 20 days and you will get some beast results.
We reccomend a lot of cardio with a pinch of high intensity and that should suit you.
