30 Min Home workouts / exercises for Girls. 30 days AMAZING TRANSFORMATION

Amazing 30 day home workout that will make your body look

so damn HOT!


Hello lovely ladies, lets be honest, if you are reading this you need some help to kick your sexiness into overdrive.
This exercise is a great solution for all the teens going to school, all the girls who are atending college, all the women who are constantly working, and for girls who just gave birth and are now stay at home moms.

This workout was carefully crafted to perfection by analysing the development of over 15 individual girls with different body types different age groups and different mental states.

All of which have had remarkable results.

Progress of them will be listed below, all of the girls are real and they are mentioned in the text either by their real name or nickname. Soon we will upload the before and after pictures so you see as testimonies.

This workout focuses on loosing weight, getting fit, toning, and lifting of all your body parts. Heck, you may even get abs depending on your current shape.

These are the results of 5 girls who have had the best results.

Ann - 9 Lbs / gained muscles and butt has grown

Amanda - 7 Lbs / flat stomach

30 Day Butt Workout

Lets start.

Everyday will consist of the same repetitive training regime.

The workout will consist out of these 7 ( SEVEN ) explosive exercises with NO pause in between.
REMEMBER, IT IS BETTER TO DO THEM SLOWER THAN AVRAGE BUT WITHOUT A BREAK IN BETWEEN THAN DO A FEW AND TAKE A MINUTE PAUSE.



Exercise numero uno - 1. 

Stretch for 30 seconds, VERY IMPORTANT TO DO SO, we dont want to pull any muscle.


Exercise 2. - Running jumping jacks. 


Yes you heard well. You will do this exercise for 2 minutes, changing from running in one place to jumping jacks on every 30 seconds, that way you will be doing 2 times of each.
How to do it, you start by running in one place for 30 seconds, medium speed, than instantly when you reach the 30th second you jump to jumping jacks for 30 seconds without pause.

After you are done with the second exercise, jump the the third one


Exercise 3. - Jumping Crunches.


Lay on a flat surface, use a yoga mat if you have one, if not a regular blanket can help.
Do 10 crunches, stand up and jump, layback down, and repeat this process 3-4 times depending on how much you can do.

Exercise 4. Step up the stepup.



Use your bed, to do high stepups. Stand in front of your bed, and lift one foot on the bed, lift yourself up, and stand on the bed. Slowly lower yourself down with the same leg you lifted yourself up.
Do this 10 times with each leg, and you should time it like this, while lifting up make sure that you dont do it  slower than 1 second, but when your comming down, make sure that you spend  no shorter than 3 seconds.


Exercise 5. Reverse Crunches






Lay on a flat surface, use a yoga mat if you have one, if not a regular blanket can help.
Put your hands beneath your butt, straighten your legs out, and lift them from the floor. Now bring them up so you make a 90 degrees angle, like if its 3PM on your wrist watch. Lower your legs down, but never touch the floor. Always keep your legs 2-3 cm above the floor.



Exercise 6. Push me UP to the SKY



Yeap, as you may have guessed it. Pushups are one of the key elements of your exercise. If you can not do the proper ones, please bend your knees and rest them on a flat surface below you. Lift yourself 2 x 10 times. The first serie should consist of 10 slow pushups, 2 seconds down, 2 seconds up, after you are done with them stretch out and do another 10 pushups, but this time, make them explosive. As in, you take 2 seconds going down, but as short as you can pushing yourself up.




Exercise 7. Drop it like its HOT - Squats


Yeah, all of you want to have that amazing butt that will make all the guys drool for you. The type of ass that makes a drunk guy instantly sober up, the type of butt that makes every heart skip a beat.
Yes you want to have an amazing tush, and you deserve to have it.
So, you will do 2 series of squats.
First come the regular squats, where you will place your feet next to each other, and slowly drop down with your arms spread wide in front of you. You will do 20 of them, and stretch.










After you are finished with them, you will do the ones where you will spread your legs in front and
back - Second picture. Do 10 with your left in front, and 10 with your right leg in front of you.








Now comes the good part. After 15 days, you will will get used to the training, thus you will TRY AND DOUBLE the exercises, if you cant go double yet, than do your max.

How to loose a lot of weight and get shredded abs - FOR TEENAGERS! (Get abs in 20 days)

Hello guys,

recently most of our followers have been teenagers, all the grown ups, or the kids above 20 years, have already been helped. Most of our articles are revolving around people who are not in their teens.
Well today we have gotten a message from  a kid who says that no matter how much he works out he can not get shredded abs, and to top it all of he is not overweight. just a few kilos above what he should have.
But this technique will help just about anybody who wants freshly shredded abs and in only 20 days.





Lets start.
You as a teenager have an advantage when it comes to working out, AKA you do not want to fail, you do not want to give up. And you do not just go past or around the obstacles, no you actually, destroy all the obstacles.
When there is challenge involved in your progress you as a teen can not just say oh my god this is hard, no teens keep on pushing and that struggle is what makes them go for it and succeed at what ever they TRULY DESIRE.
Remember that, that which you truly desire, will be achieved sooner or later, but that which others find cool, and thus you want it, that will just fade sooner than you think.



Ok lets get serious. How many of you have seen that one episode of south park where some sense tells cartman and the others that they lack discipline? Well that is somehow true and you should relate to that.
To achieve what you want, in this case to lose some weight and get shredded abs, you will need to have discipline.
So lets say  that discipline is the #1 thing you must get.
For you to get disciplined you will need som eassistance and i recommend that you read our article on how to get some discipline in your life.




So the number to thing is, food.
Yes you will need to have a proper diet, as in you can not eat when ever you want nor what ever you want. Because lets face it. Most of the teens nowadays just sit home, play video games such as WoW, LOL, Dota 2 and CS Go, drink a lot of sodas, coca cola or Pepsi, eat snacks, and munch down on some pizza while doing all of that. Those people are obese, and have gotten a free ticket to diabetes land.
So you can not eat anything which is unhealthy or your body. So eat a lot of fruits, veggies, and stuff that is filled with healthy stuff like vitamins or minerals, proteins etc.

Number 3. would be CARDIO or  HIGH INTENSITY.
Choose which ever you want just stick to it for 20 days and you will get some beast results.
We reccomend a lot of cardio with a pinch of high intensity and that should suit you. In today's world most of us are focused on what Kim Kardashian is doing, how is she dressed up, or even is she dressed up.
Well there are some more important things in life than what Kim K. is doing, what Justin Bieber is doing, what Donald Trup and his Wife Melania are saying in their totally original and NOT STOLEN speeches  ( AT ALL ), Things such as, how to stop dying at the age of 40-50 from cancer. How to make a world a better place for the new generations. We need to focus on our lives, on the things that revolve around us, not around some celebrity who gives no sh** about your existence.

How will Jenifer Lopeses stupid song that goes by the words " I aint your moma " help the world be a better place? How can a stupid song with no smart lyrics help change anything? She will invoke rage among little girls who do not know how relationships work and when their boyfriend goes something like, hey could you please pick up a sandwich when you come over? The little girl will go HEY I AINT YOUR MOMA! Which will make those girls change at least 19273 boyfriends, because not one will stand for stupidity like the mentioned above, thus she will be labeled as a cheep dime store hooker.

But to go back to the more important things.

In today's world, most people like top 10 lists... But not the meaningfull ones. No they like lists like, Top 10 times celebrities have burped on stage or something stupid like that.
Dude.. That is bull excrement, we need more top 10 lists by the likes of Matthew Santoro.
We need smart Top 10 lists that will teach people wow to do things for themselves, or some valuable information regarding the planet, the space, universe... Mechanics, Physics.... Childhood games ... Food and healthy diets.. Something like that.





I can bet my testies that most of you know already what did Kanye West say on the MTV Video awards, but none of you can out of the blue say with a 100% certainty what are lemons good for, what vitamins they have, and how do they affect you. And if you know that, a small percent of us will know what the vitamins that come with lemons do.. Why do we need them.. :)
We have dumbed down, because it was forced upon us by the society..

Conor Mcgregor From buff to skeleton HOW!? EXPLAINED!


Many of you... Well... All of you know who the Notorious Conor Mcgregor is.
Conor is the dude who brings verbal war to the table and backs it up to the last bit when it comes to the physical part of the war.

Fast switching between fighting styles, unpredictable and a left punch killer.
Conor is an Ass-hole most of the time, but he is loved more than any other UFC fighter.
He is one of the, if not the most paid fighter of the UFC to this day. He is also the man who took down Jose Aldo in just a bit under 14 seconds.



If that does not speak for his skill, nothing does.


But he is also known for the abnormal body transformation where he went from a normal dude to skeleton form, and after that to a buff form.

How did he succeed loosing so much weight and not going a division below, but achieving to be underweight. Well he had help from some top-notch people who made his diet perfect, which further allowed him to loose a lot of weight quick.

His diet was hard, and super strict. He had to eat by the minute, which means that he could not be late or early for a meal.
There were no OK, cut out all the carbs and stick to protein and fruits and veggies, no this was war.


So for example if conor should eat some proteins at 12pm, thats it. He cant eat it at 12:10 nor 11:55. No, it was 12pm and thats it.

There is an article where the former UFC fighter, coach and nutritionist John Kavanagh, " It was precise and no mistakes were made, so it was like at 11:15 am you will eat 4 almonds... and at 11:15 he ate almonds"

Conors lovely girlfriend has been there for him through it all, and she was his personal assistant and cook, she was incredible and she prepared meals for Conor to the level of pure perfection.



Conor had a constant flow of energy because of the massive amounts of carbs he was consuming so he could train like a beast without any trouble.


The notorious took the situation quite serious and has never fallen off the discipline train that he was on. So the weight cutting was not that much of a problem for him even though he is a big boy for a featherweight.


Conor followed the training and the diet of Lockhart and he came in not 145 pounds but 144.8 which was a shock.
So to sum it all up. If you want to loose weight like Conor Mcgregor, find a good diet plan that will suit you and your body the best, and be disciplined at all times. Find someone who will motivate you and keep track of your progress and keep you on track at the same time, someone like a Girfriend/Boyfriend, best friend or a personal coach if you have money.
